This is also a major problem faced while using visualization. You cannot only clearly visualize anything only once and let it go. You have to hold that image in your mind continuously.

To hold the image while visualizing, you have to bring emotion to that. Without emotion, it is just like a thought which is passing through your mind. For example- There is approximately 60,000 thought we think in a day. Not all those thoughts we remember, but if someone scolds us or we fight with someone else, we will remember that because in that there is a huge amount of emotion. So try to bring emotion to the image which you want to hold in your mind.

Most people say that they are doing every process correctly related to visualization; still, they cannot do visualization. There is one quote related to success “Even if you are on the right track, you will stay behind if you just sit there” This quote is also applicable to visualization.
