In our society when we see any person doing something special we give him a tag that he is very talented. Does that mean that only talented person can survive in this world? Does that mean there is no place for the hard worker? Here I am going to address why all these above points are myth and why hard work is better then talent. So let’s get started.

1. Hard work wins when talent doesn’t work hard.
In this world you have seen many successful people who are not so talented but they still on the top and the people below then are more talented than them.
“Once Bill gate said in interview that in school he failed in many subject whereas his friend passed in all subject. Now I am owner of Microsoft company and those friend are working in my company”
So It is not necessary that if you are talented then definitely your going to get success in your life. You have to work hard for it.
2. Talent can create ego.
Talent is a blessing as well as problem if you don’t use it wisely. What I personally observe about talent is if someone is so talented he get a ego he doesn’t need to do hard work. This ego destroy his life and career.
