This is something that everybody should learn. You should stop comparing yourself to others. You should remind yourself that you are unique and comparing yourself to others is insulting yourself. So so stop this to live a better life.
2. Stop eating unhealthy food.
Now a day eating fast food become a lifestyle for a new generation. Eating fast food not only bad for your health it also bad for your mental health. It is because when you eat unhealthy food it is possible that it will give you pleasure for sometime but because it is very bad for your health you get various disease. Ultimately when you get disease you become very unhappy in your life. So stop eating unhealthy food.
3. Stop wasting time.
If you waste time then one day time will destroy your life. Spending too much on unnecessary things will only make you happy for sometime but in a long term you have to spend your time on those things that will make you happy till the end of your life like you can learn some skill which might don’t give you instant pleasure but for a long term it will definitely benefit you.
4. Don’t follow rat race.
If you really want to live a better life then avoid following rat race. Everybody in this world is following this unending race but they are not happy because they are living someone else life. They are not following their dream. So how can they be happy.
