Every human being living on this earth has some fear whether they are successful or average person. There is nothing shameful about it but guess what is the most disappointing part is that we never try to overcome our fears. We always have the tendency to give advice to other to overcome their fear but when it come to our part we try to run away from our fear. So here in this article I will share you best and practical tip to overcome fear. So let’s get started.

The most common thing we do against our fear is that whenever we are about to face our fear we imagine too much. For example what will happen if I fail in that, what other will think about me. Such things stop us to move toward and overcome fear. If you continue to imagine lots of stuff the fear will get more bigger. So try to stop those imagination.
Yaa…. I know it not that easy as it sound but if you take the first step toward fear you will see that the thing you thought so big problem is not big as you thought earlier.
For example-It is from my personal observation I attended a function where my friend called me to dance. I got little uncomfort and I try to run away from that situation then my friends forced me to join the dance.
As I started dance I totally forget that earlier I was uncomfortable with that situation. Then I observe two thing First fear is imaginary second we think that by getting away from the fear we get more comfortable. No it is not true the thing is we get more uncomfortable in going against to the fear but if take action toward fear we get more comfortable.
Now if you understand the above point then the next thing is to make you believe that you can actually conquer the fear.
It will be a daunting task for you in the starting to conquer your big fear. What you can do is try to face your little-little fear which will be more easier task for you.
When you successfully overcome your little fear You get a believe that you can overcome big fear also.
You cannot overcome your fear overnight. You have to be consistent to deal with your fear. Then only you will get familiar with you fear which will you to overcome your fear.
We always treat our fear as a bad thing. Every fear that you are facing has come to teach you something. It will only help in your growth. So develop the habit of learning from every situation.
This is a very powerful technique to overcome your fear. What you can do is visualize yourself dealing with the fear, how you are conquering the fear see it in your mind.
What happened next you get more positivity and you will be less scared about your fear then you will easily tackle your fear.
There is nothing powerful then the positive attitude. You can overcome any problem if you have a positive attitude.
There is a big debate on whether fear is good for human being or not. So here I will share you the advantage and disadvantage of fear from which you can even more easily understand the concept of fear and know better how to deal with it.
Not always fear bad for you. Fear keep you aware about the upcoming dangerous thing. You will get alert and will take right decision before time.
When you create any goal for success you will find some fear in it. But due to the desire for your success you will not stop even though there is fear because you know that you can get success only when you overcome that fear.
Yaa. That true fear helps in increasing your focus. For example if you are going to give any exam in two days and you have not study anything yet. You will be more focus then ever due to fear.
Fear create emotion that will help you to take action. For example you don’t like to do exercises but when you get to know that if you don’t do exercise you will get easily ill then it will create a emotion in you which push you to take action.
This is well known fact that when you fear something first you will avoid taking action. But it is against your growth, you cannot use your full potential if you are in a state of fear.
If you fear something it will create a bad image about you in your family and society. They see you as a incapable person.
If you fear of something then it will effect your personality in other things also. For example if you get scared watching a horror movie then there is more probability that you will also get scared in a dark room. So it is very important to minimize the fear as much as possible.
In a fearful state you create emotion and emotion is energy. In a fearful state you will not take action and your energy will get waste.
Being in a fearful state is not good for your health. There is a great of chance of being in depression, anxiety attack, and various health issue.
In life fear is necessary to take out your full potential but you have to know how to overcome your fear.
