How to manage time effectively to achieve your dream

Do you know which is the best skill you can learn to achieve what you want? It’s time management. You can get success by using it properly or you can destroy yourself by misusing it. It is in your hand to manage your time effectively but unforntunately  your are wasting your time.

So if you are running short of time I will tell you best and practical way to manage time effectively to achieve your dream. Before getting into you should know what is time management

What is time management

Time management is a process in which you divide your time in which you decide specific time for each and every work you do. By having a proper time management you create more time for yourself. It also help in reducing stress and anxiety and you become more displined.

1. Value the time

Before getting in deep let me say one thing if you waste the time then time will waste you one day for sure. So value the time. It will never come back

2. Have a goal

Set goals

If you don’t have a goal and motivation in your life then practically implementing about time management is far-far away you will not even think about it. So first find a goal for your life.

3. Remove distraction

Now you have to remove the distraction to manage time effectively. If you are continuously getting distracted by phone, television and people then it going to be hard for you.

So remove all these distraction. No successful people in this world got success by wasting his time on phone, television.

4. Don’t complain

Don’t complain

Most of us have a habit of complaining that I don’t have sufficient time otherwise I will do that, I will achieve that etc. Look every one including the successful people also get 24 hour a day. They are also human being.

We got 24 hour in which if you remove the 9 hours of your work and 7 hours of sleep and 1 hour for other work still you got 7 hours for your dream.

Most successful got success by using these remaining hours. We waste this time by watching tv, spending time on mobile, hangout with friends. I hope you got the point.

5. Do the most important task first

Get the most important task done in the morning. If you are just doing reverse then you are not doing any good to you because in morning your energy is in high state and you will be more productive.

6. Make a to do list

Make a list of what you have to complete for the day. Arrange it according to the priority of the task. The point to be remembered is that it is not necessary to make a long list that can’t be completed on the day.

7. Avoid multitasking

Now a day it become a speciality of young generation to engaged in a multitasking But if you are on this category you are greatly effecting your time management system.

The problem with multitasking is your are not giving any quality to your work. Then no matter how much time you have created through multitasking you still lack behind.

8. Wake up early in the morning

Waking up 1-2 hour early in the morning will create more time for you. You can do mediation, yoga, exerecise or such activities which you miss normally.

9. Outsource the work

Although I am not a great fan of outsourcing the work but it is good if you are running a big company, or multiple business. It will definitely create time space for you.

10. Use 80/20 rule

80/20 rule

This rule suggest that the 80 percent of your output comes from 20 percent of your input and 20 percent of your output comes from 80 percent of input. So if you have manage your time then put the time in those work which create more output for you.
