1. Everthing is inside you

This is a major problem we never notice. We always try to find happiness outside the world.

For example:- When we see someone rich we always tell that he is happy because he is rich but the point is just reverse he is rich because he is happy.

Mostly people are unhappy because they don’t have any purpose in their life. Having a goal in your life will give you energy and happiness that something I want to accomplish, want to give to the world.

3. Do what you love

Most of the people in this world are doing what they don’t like then how can they be happy. Reasearch shown that only 30 percent of the employees are satisfied with their job. So do what you love.

4. Don’t compare yourself with others

First Everyone has born with unique talent. Second if you are comparing yourself with others you are insulting yourself. Try to find what is unique in yourself and try to compete with yourself not others.

5. Live in the present

If you have done something wrong in the past and thinking about it or worried about future will make you unhappy.

The point is what you have done in the past and what is going to happened in the future is not in your hand. The thing you can do is how to make your present best. Focus on the present.

6. Be positive

Always having a positive mindset will bring happiness in you. Try to find some positive in negative situation. It will make you feel better.

7. Reward yourself

Whatever you achieve in your daily life rewarding yourself will give you some boost and energy. It will make you happy and force you to move forward.

8. Don’t be in a burn out situation

Working hard is good for you but if you get into a burnout situation then this is not good for you. It leads to various health issue like stress, anxiety pressure. So have break during your work. It will make you relax and happy.

9. Smile

We always smile when we are happy but if I say try to smile you will be happy sound weird right. Scientific reason behind smiling is when we smile it releases chemical called dopamine which makes us happy.

This does’nt mean that you just a make a fake smile and that will make you feel better. You have to feel good in that situation when you are smiling.

10. Practice gratitude

No matter how much you have if you are not grateful toward it you feel unhappy. So try to practice the feeling of gratitude which will make you happy.

11. Minimize the use of television

In today’s world instead of getting positive news  we are getting negative news full days and we have the habit of watching it continuously. Continue listening to this will make us unhappy. Try to listen only those news which is knowledgeable or necessary to you.

12. Do atleast one thing in a day you enjoy the most

No matter how much you are busy in your work create sometime to something you enjoy the most like listening to music, dance, or any game. It will make you happy.

13. Do exercise

Doing exercises have a great impact to the body. It reduces stress and anxiety level from your body. So it’s better to include exercise in the daily routine.

14. Help others

I guarantee you that there is nothing in this world will make you more happier then helping others. Try to help others who are not capable as you will make you deeply happier.

15. Cut out from everything

Sometime it’s better to cut out from everything and go for a walk or a long drive and connect to the nature. It will definetly make you feel better.

16. Don’t expect anything from anyone

We human being have a tendency to have a high expectancy from our close one. For example parents have a high expectation from their children. When they unable to fulfill their dream they get unhappy. You can’t expect somebody to think like you. If you love eating a particular food that does’nt mean that opposite guy also like that food.

Being sad always a bad image in our society whereas if you are happy face you create a good image in society and make other happy. Research also shown that if we have funny behavior it also impact other behaviours toward us.
