This is my personal observation I saw people around me who wake up in the morning go to their work then come to home again and do the same process.
First They don’t know why they are doing this what their purpose is. That is the reason they are inconsistent in their work. Second they feel tired and frustrated in their work. Whereas a person with purpose in his life will be more consistent than any one. That person will be more energetic to do the work. So find some meaningful purpose in your life.
2. Love what you do
Most of the people living in this world don’t love what they do. This is biggest reason they are inconsistent in there work. So you have to love your work that will help you to stay consistent in life
3. Visualization
I almost recommended this technique on my previous articles. In this technique you have to visualize yourself your work. For example how will you will reach your goal what effort you will make for it.
When you do this continuously the thought you visualize will goes into your subconscious mind. Now if that done properly the subconscious mind will give you energy and focus to do your work. You will be more consistent in your work.
4. Affirmation
Affirmation is also a very powerful technique which is used by many successful people over the years. Average people also use affirmation but unfortunately in a negative way.
For example- Successful people always say they can achieve anything to themselves. Whereas average people do self talk to them like they can’t achieve anything.
Now coming to the point affirmation is also work as visualization. You just have to talk self positive words to yourself on a continuous basis.
5. Avoid distraction
It is a universal fact that without a laser focus you cannot excel in any part of your life. But in today’s technology world various things are available to distract you. Now to avoid all those distraction you have to follow the above tips mentioned in this article.
6. Create a emergency state
Believe me it works this is personal observation. Although it is not a permanent solution but it is far better than delaying any work. By applying this technique you will be much more ahead in your work. Most of you may be familiar with this but never observed it. In this you have to indulge yourself in a emergency situation where you got no option other than working consistently.
For example- If you want to join the gym give the fees in advance then if you procrastinate to go the gym then your mind remind you of the fee you have given in advance and can’t stop you to take yourself to the gym(I know it seem to be very simple thing but believe me it really work). It will give you the solution on how to be consistent.
7. Believe In yourself
Now if you practically apply all the above tips then may be it take time where you can actually start doing things consistently. So you to believe in yourself through the process.
8. Create extra time for yourself
I personally use this and most of you are not aware about it. If you can’t create more time for you then no matter how much you are consistent. For that you have to remove/decrease the unnecessary things that you are doing in a day.
