I wish I knew it earlier:5 habits that can improve your life

We all want to live a healthy and perfect life and most of us try to achieve it in many ways but still we face difficulties. In my opinion you don’t have to any rocket science to change your life. You just have to add some habits that can literally change your life. So you should know what those habits you should include are in your daily routine that can improve your life. Let’s get started.

1. Read something positive

This is something which I can blindly recommend to everyone because in today’s world there is full of negativity everywhere. So in very situation we often forget to listen or observe positive things around us. To make this a habit you can do various things such as-

First Reading inspirational quotes on the newspaper in the morning fills you with more positivity and the most amazing part it will not take  your time. Second you can read inspirational books now you might be thinking oh books can be costly, so there is also solution for that you can read online books. Make a target of reading full one book in a month.

2. Have a gratitude

Now you might be wondering by having gratitude how you can improve your life. Actually gratitude means having a satisfaction for whatever you have. I see everyday people complaining about that they don’t have this, don’t have that. They don’t feel good for what they have.

If you don’t feel gratitude for what you have then it doesn’t matter how wealthy you are you will still complain. So try to include a habit of gratitude in your daily routine that can improve your life.

3.  Take care of your health

In today’s world everyone is busy with their work. Unfortunately due to the busy schedule we are not taking proper care of our body. 

Steve jobs last words in his last day when he was suffering from cancer was ‘’ you can employ someone to drive the car for you, make money for you, but you cannot have bear your sickness for you.”  

From Steve jobs last word you can easily understand what is the benefit of getting success if you don’t have a healthy body.

4. Avoid temporary pleasure

We human being have a tendency to do go after short term pleasure like watching television, surfing on the mobile phone, hang out with friends. These all things give us instant pleasure but the benefit we get from all these is zero. I know it’s not easy to avoid short term pleasure but once you realize that it will not take you anywhere you start to change yourself.

5. Learn something new

Learning something new always bring positivity and most importantly open a variety of opportunities for you.
