Our attitude define how we see the world. It is not the situation that effecting us, it is our attitude that is defining that situation. We are the creator of our own world.

According to the our attitude we make a false believe about the situation. Then we say that it is that situation that is affecting me. Many of us don’t even have an idea how we literally change our world by just shifting our attitude towards the situation.

For example  There are two person with first person having a strong attitude and second person having a negative or week attitude.

They both start learning how to drive a car. At the starting level both make mistakes.

After a long practice The first person become successful in learning how to drive a car perfectly whereas the second still don’t learn how to drive a car.

Have you noticed what was the reason here that first person learned successfully how to drive a car whereas the second person got failed.

It all started in the beginning when they started to learn how to drive car and they both made mistake.

The first person with his strong attitude didn’t discourage himself from that mistake and took learning from that whereas as the second person got discouraged by that mistake he made and that become his believe that it is very hard to learn to drive a car.

1. Observe your thoughts.

There are more than 60,000 thoughts that cross your mind during the day. We don’t have a habit of observing our thoughts so as a result of that some time we went through some negative incident the negative thought created at that time enter into our mind without our permission. Due to that our energy goes down and we start taking the incident as negative.

So it is very important to not only observe our thoughts, but to stop it if it is negative. I know it’s not easy to observe our thoughts specially in our busy schedule. To make it easy you do mainly one thing that is when you wake up in the morning, think about positive thoughts only. It will fill you with energy. Then it will be easy to encounter your negative thoughts comes during the day.

2. Don’t give a stamp to a situation.

We human being have a habit of making a perception about the situation. This is totally wrong, we should not make perception before taking full knowledge of that situation. This also create our attitude toward that situation.

3. Don’t copy other mentality.

For a particular situation the opinion is different for two peoples. So it’s not necessary to copy their mentality because what the second person observing is according to his believe and that might be wrong or right.

So you should observe and then react to that situation not what others say or give opinion about that situation.
