There is no one in this world who like bad habits from the bottom of there heart still most of the people are unable to break bad habits. There are many reason behind it. In this this article I will share why it is difficult to break bad habits. So let’s get started.

1. Bad habits bring comfort.
When you decide to make yourself a healthy person but when you have to wakeup early in the morning to do yoga or going to gym you just refuse it because laying down on the bed in the morning make you more comfortable than working on your body.
2. No motivation.
I found this reason to be the most important reason behind facing difficulty to break bad habits. If you don’t have any goal or vision in your life then there are less chance that you will break you bad habits. It is because human has the tendency to be in the comfort zone and to pursue the bad habits until you don’t have any motivation.
3. Not consistent.
One day you feel very motivated and decide to break your bad habit. Then first or two three day you do everything that helps you to break your habit very enthuasistic but after some day you just drop down your decision to break your bad habits. It is because you are not serious or motivated enough about breaking your bad habits.
4. Fear.
Another big reason for not breaking bad habits is fear. For example When a person feel anxiety while gathering of a group of person and decide to remove that anxiety but when he take action he get fear again that what I cannot speak infront of them or I talk stupid thing among them. These fears stop that person to break his bad habits.
